Device & Browser Information

When you use the baji 9 platform, we automatically collect your device type, operating system, browser version, and IP address. This information helps improve the platform's technical performance and supports security monitoring. Device data is also used to detect login attempts from unrecognized devices. It is further used to analyze app performance with mobile users in mind. This data is never sold separately in a way that identifies you personally.

Payment & Financial Information

For a detailed data report, you can submit a request to our support team and expect a response within 7 business days. Ensuring full transparency around your account data is our commitment. Data access requests are processed free of charge.

You have the right to correct any inaccurate or outdated information in your profile. Your mobile number, email, and address can be updated directly from your account settings. Changes to your name or date of birth require a verification process, as this information is tied to KYC. Once a correction request is submitted, we process it within 3–5 business days. Incorrect information can cause issues with payments or account verification, so we recommend updating it promptly.

You may request deletion of your personal data when closing your account. However, certain data may need to be retained for a specified period due to legal obligations, ongoing disputes, or regulatory requirements. Deletion requests are verified and processed within 14 business days. Deleted data cannot be recovered, so please make sure before finalizing your request. Any pending transactions or remaining balance must be settled before the deletion can proceed.

You may opt out of marketing messages or promotional communications at any time. You can turn off direct marketing messages from the notifications section in your account settings. There is also an option to disable personalized recommendations based on behavioral analysis. Processing that is essential to operating the service cannot be stopped, but objections to optional uses are accepted. Once you submit your objection, the relevant processing will be stopped within 72 hours.

You can request a download of your account information, transaction history, and betting records in a structured digital format (CSV or JSON). This gives you full ownership and control over your own data. Data portability requests are fulfilled within 10 business days of submission. The download link remains active for a limited time for security reasons. This feature is currently available to email-verified accounts only.

Privacy Protection for Minors

Baji 9 strictly prohibits registration and use of its services by anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is mandatory during registration, and KYC must be completed using a national ID. If a minor is found to have opened an account for any reason, the account is immediately closed and all associated data is deleted. We do not knowingly collect or store any information from minors. If a parent or guardian believes their child has registered on the platform, they are urged to contact our support team immediately. Promoting responsible gaming is a core principle at baji 9.
